i bumped into Lokman yesterday night and one of the questions was that.
He was asking whether the work im in is hard. Truthfully, its not that bad. Yet, i find the question hard enough to say. For those who havent experience students from broken homes..and simply do not know how to inspire and motivate them..i would say it be hard. For the fact that mine is a combination of broken homes, behaviour issues and God's gift.
But then again, it all comes to individual. Some are good in motivating. Some are good in leading. Some are flexible.. i think u get my drift. Not all can be teachers. Not all can be designers.
I like my job. Can say its my dream job. Its a learning process between my students and myself which i believe wont ever end. Talkin about that i juz remember that i need to go find or buy the marble that i carelessly have lost during a game with my student. -_-
Anyway, its great to bump into him despite the awkward history i had with him during school years. Wondering who i be bumping next in the future.
